PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Bauerfeind SacroLoc® is a pelvic support orthosis designed to stabilize the pelvis and provide targeted pain relief around the sacroiliac (SI) joints and pelvic region. It is intended for conditions involving SI joint dysfunction, pelvic instability, and discomfort affecting the ligaments and surrounding soft tissues.

Combining elastic and non-elastic knitted materials with two individually adjustable tension straps, the SacroLoc® provides controlled 360° compression to help stabilize the pelvis, improve joint control, and relieve strain on the supporting ligaments. Its removable, two-part rigid viscoelastic dorsal pad features massage nubs that apply targeted pressure over the SI joint region, helping stimulate local circulation and relieve muscle tension.

The anatomically contoured design, breathable materials, and low-profile fastening system provide a secure, comfortable fit under clothing. Practical finger loops make the orthosis easier to put on, while adjustable tension straps allow the level of compression and support to be customized to individual needs.

Sacroiliac joint disorders, including SI joint syndrome, SI joint osteoarthritis, and SI joint instability
Pelvic girdle instability, including symphysis rupture and loosening
Acute sacroiliac joint blockage and prophylactic support
Structural disturbances following spinal fusion, particularly at the L5–S1 transition
Myalgia and tendinopathy in the pelvic region
Non-surgical treatment following pelvic fractures

SIZING & FIT

Measure the circumference of the torso according to the official Bauerfeind SacroLoc® sizing guide.
Refer to the product measurement chart to select the appropriate size.
Position the orthosis around the pelvis, ensuring the dorsal pad sits over the sacroiliac joint region.
Secure the fastening system and adjust both tension straps evenly to achieve the prescribed level of support.
Ensure the orthosis fits snugly without causing excessive pressure or restricting comfortable movement.
Adjust the straps as needed to maintain stable positioning during daily activities.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the dorsal pad before washing and close all Velcro fasteners to help prevent damage.
Hand wash the dorsal pad separately.
Hand wash the orthosis separately at 30°C using a mild detergent.
Allow both the orthosis and dorsal pad to air-dry naturally.
Do not expose the product to direct heat, including radiators or direct sunlight.
Do not leave the orthosis in a hot vehicle, as excessive heat may damage its materials.
