The Bauerfeind OmoTrain® S is an anatomically contoured shoulder support designed to relieve pain, stabilize the shoulder joint, and promote mobility during rehabilitation. It is particularly suitable for individuals experiencing osteoarthritis, post-traumatic irritation, or post-operative discomfort who require supportive compression while restoring shoulder function.

Featuring breathable, elastic Train Active Knit and a direct fastening strap system, the OmoTrain® S provides stabilizing compression while allowing freedom of movement. During activity, the knitted fabric creates an intermittent massage effect on the surrounding soft tissues, helping stimulate circulation, activate the shoulder-stabilizing musculature, and support the reduction of swelling.

The removable viscoelastic Delta pad enhances this massage effect through integrated pressure nubs and a specially contoured joint-cavity ridge. It can be positioned over specific areas of discomfort to provide targeted soft-tissue relief. The direct strap system moves with the shoulder, making the support quick to put on and remove while allowing the joint to move during therapeutic exercises and everyday activities.

Its anatomically contoured, breathable knit provides a comfortable fit, while the elastic construction supports active rehabilitation without unnecessarily restricting shoulder mobility.

SIZING & FIT

Measure the circumference of the biceps at its widest point according to the official Bauerfeind OmoTrain® S sizing guide.
Refer to the product measurement chart to select the appropriate size.
Slip the support onto the affected arm using the fitting method described in the manufacturer's instructions.
Pull the support into position over the shoulder and upper arm, ensuring the knitted fabric fits comfortably and anatomically.
Secure the direct fastening strap using the Velcro closure.
If additional localized relief is needed, attach the removable Delta pad inside the support and position it over the affected soft-tissue area.
Ensure the support remains securely positioned without excessive pressure, restricted circulation, or discomfort during movement.
Follow your healthcare professional's recommendations for wearing time and permitted movement, particularly after surgery.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Machine wash separately at 30°C using liquid detergent.
Remove the Velcro straps if possible or securely fasten them to their designated areas before washing.
Remove the Delta pad and any other detachable components before washing, where applicable.
Use a laundry net to help protect the knitted fabric.
Limit the spin cycle to a maximum of 500 revolutions per minute.
Air-dry naturally. Do not tumble-dry, as heat may damage the knitted fabric.
Wash the support regularly to help maintain its compression properties, elasticity, and hygiene.
