PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Bauerfeind LumboTrain® is an active lumbar support brace designed to relieve pain, reduce pressure, and improve stabilization of the lower back. Suitable for acute and chronic lumbar discomfort, it combines medical compression knit fabric with an anatomically contoured lumbar massage pad to support the spine during everyday activities and movement.

Its breathable, high-low knitted compression fabric provides graduated medical compression to stimulate sensory feedback, activate the core muscles, and encourage improved posture and stability. The integrated rigid viscoelastic lumbar pad features flexible massage nubs that apply intermittent compression during movement, helping stimulate circulation, relieve muscle tension, and support the body's natural stabilization processes.

Available in straight and fitted versions, the LumboTrain® offers a choice of fit to accommodate different body shapes. Its lightweight, elastic construction, breathable comfort zones, and slim profile provide comfortable support while allowing freedom of movement under clothing.

SIZING & FIT

Measure the circumference of the waist according to the official Bauerfeind LumboTrain® sizing guide.
Refer to the product measurement chart to select the appropriate size.
Choose the straight or fitted version according to your body shape and fit requirements.
Position the lumbar pad over the lower back, ensuring it sits comfortably against the lumbar region.
Fasten the abdominal closure securely and evenly without excessive compression.
Use the integrated hand straps to help position and adjust the brace.
Ensure the brace remains comfortably in place during movement without restricting normal breathing or mobility.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Machine wash separately at 30°C using liquid detergent.
Remove the lumbar pad or other removable components before washing, if possible.
If the brace includes Velcro fasteners, remove them if possible or secure them in their designated positions before washing.
Use a laundry net to help protect the knitted fabric.
Limit the spin cycle to a maximum of 500 revolutions per minute.
Do not tumble dry. Allow the brace to air-dry naturally.
Wash the brace regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions to help maintain the compression properties and hygiene of the knitted fabric.
