PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Bauerfeind LumboLoc® is a lumbar support orthosis designed to stabilize the lower back, relieve pressure on the lumbar spine, and support a more functional posture. It is suitable for acute and chronic lumbar pain, moderate muscular insufficiency, and degenerative conditions affecting the lumbar region.

Featuring four anatomically contoured stabilizing stays in the rear section, the LumboLoc® helps support the lumbar spine and maintain its natural alignment. Its adjustable abdominal compression system allows the level of support to be customized, helping control excessive movement and reduce strain on the intervertebral discs.

The lightweight, elastic, and breathable construction adapts comfortably to individual body shapes. Practical VELCRO® Brand Fastening System closures and integrated hand straps make the orthosis easy to put on and adjust, while its discreet design allows comfortable wear under clothing.

SIZING & FIT

• Measure the circumference of the torso according to the official Bauerfeind LumboLoc® sizing guide.
• Refer to the product measurement chart to select the appropriate size.
• Position the orthosis around the lower back, aligning the rear stays with the lumbar region.
• Secure the front fastening system to achieve a snug, comfortable fit.
• Adjust the compression to provide the required level of support without excessive pressure.
• Ensure the orthosis remains properly positioned during movement without restricting comfortable breathing.
• Have the stabilizing stays individually reshaped by a qualified professional if necessary.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Hand wash separately at 30°C using a mild detergent.
• Close all Velcro fasteners before washing to help prevent damage and maintain their fastening performance.
• Do not expose the orthosis to direct heat, including radiators or direct sunlight.
• Allow the orthosis to air-dry naturally.
• Avoid tumble drying to help preserve the materials and fastening components.
