Designed to support and stabilize the wrist and thumb for improved function and comfort.
The Comfort Cool® D-Ring Thumb & Wrist Orthosis is designed to support and position the wrist and thumb to assist individuals with conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, joint instability, sprains, tendinitis, and de Quervain’s.
Made with perforated neoprene featuring a terrycloth liner that helps keep the skin dry. Neoprene can be trimmed for a more customized fit and will not fray. The thumb tip can be trimmed to allow full thumb movement.
The metal volar wrist stay is pre-bent to position the wrist in functional extension (approximately 15°). The volar wrist and thumb stays can be bent to conform as needed and can be removed as the condition improves.
Constructed with 1/16" (1.6mm) thick material and available in both Short (6–7" / 15–18cm) and Long (8–9" / 20–23cm) lengths. Not made with natural rubber latex.
