Recommended Use

Calendula is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve inflammatory conditions of the digestive system. Ginger is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upset/disturbances including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic (carminative). Ginger is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as expectorants and anti-tussives to help relieve bronchitis as well as coughs and colds.
Directions
Adults (19 years and older) - Take 2 capsules, 3 times per day between meals. To avoid digestive upset, take with food. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products. Ask a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.
