PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Bauerfeind OmoTrain® is an anatomically contoured shoulder support designed to relieve pain, improve joint stability, and support recovery following shoulder injuries, surgery, or chronic irritation. It helps center and stabilize the shoulder joint while preserving mobility, making it suitable for conservative treatment and rehabilitation.

Featuring breathable, elastic Train Active Knit and a specialized strap system, the OmoTrain® provides comfortable compression and targeted support to guide the shoulder during movement. The compression knit helps stimulate circulation and provides an intermittent massage effect that supports the reduction of swelling and activates the surrounding musculature.

An optional viscoelastic Delta pad with integrated massage nubs can be positioned over specific areas of discomfort to provide additional localized pressure and soft-tissue relief. The adjustable strap system helps keep the shoulder centered while supporting controlled movements, including lifting the arm sideways.

Its highly elastic, breathable construction adapts to the body's contours, while pressure-reduced edges enhance comfort and minimize constriction. The chest-free wearing design leaves the chest area unrestricted, allowing comfortable breathing and freedom of movement. The universal design can be worn on either the left or right shoulder.

SIZING & FIT

• Measure the circumference of the biceps at its widest point according to the official Bauerfeind OmoTrain® sizing guide.
• Refer to the product measurement chart to select the appropriate size.
• Position the support over the shoulder, ensuring the knitted section fits comfortably and anatomically.
• Secure the strap system around the upper body according to the manufacturer's fitting instructions.
• Adjust the strap to provide secure shoulder support without excessive pressure or restriction of breathing.
• If required, attach the viscoelastic Delta pad inside the support and position it over the area requiring additional localized relief.
• Ensure the support remains comfortably positioned during arm movements and does not cause skin irritation or excessive pressure.
• Follow your healthcare professional's guidance regarding wear time and permitted shoulder movements, particularly after surgery.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Machine wash separately at 30°C using liquid detergent.
• Remove the Velcro straps if possible or securely fasten them to their designated areas before washing.
• Remove detachable pads or splints before washing, where applicable.
• Use a laundry net to help protect the knitted fabric.
• Limit the spin cycle to a maximum of 500 revolutions per minute.
• Air-dry naturally. Do not tumble-dry, as heat may damage the knitted fabric.
• Wash the support regularly to help maintain its compression properties, elasticity, and hygiene.
