The Bauerfeind LordoLoc® is a lightweight lumbar support orthosis designed to stabilize and relieve the lower back. It is suitable for conditions involving lumbar discomfort, muscular insufficiency, and degenerative changes of the spine, providing adjustable support when muscle activation alone is insufficient.

Featuring four anatomically contoured, flexible lightweight aluminum stays integrated into the back panel, the LordoLoc® helps support the lumbar spine and improve stability. Its elastic tensioning straps allow the level of compression and stabilization to be adjusted according to individual needs. The stays can also be individually reshaped by a qualified professional to achieve a more precise fit.

The orthosis combines a slim, breathable construction with soft, skin-friendly materials for comfortable everyday wear. Practical VELCRO® Brand Fastening System closures and integrated hand straps make it easy to put on and take off, while its discreet profile allows it to be worn comfortably under clothing.

SIZING & FIT

Measure according to the official Bauerfeind LordoLoc® sizing guide.
Refer to the product measurement chart to select the appropriate size.
Position the orthosis around the lower back, ensuring the integrated stays align with the lumbar region.
Secure the main fastening system comfortably around the waist.
Adjust the elastic tensioning straps to achieve the desired level of support without excessive compression.
Ensure the brace sits snugly against the body without restricting comfortable movement or breathing.
Have the aluminum stays individually reshaped by a qualified professional if necessary.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Hand wash separately at 30°C using a mild detergent.
Close all Velcro fasteners before washing to help prevent damage and preserve their fastening performance.
Do not expose the orthosis to direct heat, including radiators or direct sunlight.
Allow the orthosis to air-dry naturally.
Avoid tumble drying to help preserve the material and fastening components.
