Effects: Bracing and stabilisation of the trapeziometacarpal joint and the anatomical structures in the area of the base of the thumb. Functional immobilisation of the thumb while allowing free movement of the remaining fingers.

Indications: Sprains (e.g. skier’s thumb). Rhizarthrosis and carpometacarpal arthritis of the thumb. Post-surgical and post-traumatic treatment.
