Can be adapted for right or left handed users. Adjustable pegs holds food items for peeling or grating and can be removed when a flat surface is required. Stainless steel/polyurethane support legs, ABS plastic/rubber clamp and stainless steel pins and locking lever. 12.5” long; 11.5” wide.
